It is able to be changed now. But the fact that it literally wasn't possible before does not mean that the customer service is bad. Writing kind feedback posts goes a long way as well :)

I think staff can do what Avel suggested, maybe a good idea to contact the Minister of your site?

You can get a free meal in the Great Hall, once a day. The meals are available for 2 hours, thrice a day. There's even a counter there so you can see when the next one is.

Aside from that, you can buy food and drink at Diagon Alley or in Hogsmeade. Be sure to keep your character fed, then this shouldn't be a problem anymore :)

Bumping this again. So far the box for when the AT/teacher writes to a person who has submitted a complaint has been fixed, but the rest hasn't, which causes the teachers and ATs to have to send lots of owls..
