Time-turner status
There could be a status that would make you the owner of a time-turner. People who have this status, could create topics in the future. Maybe add a rule that you are not allowed to change the past when using your time-turner. This would cause only responsible people and serious RPers to be able to own the time-turner.

The problem with this is that all the time turners were destroyed, so this wouldn't exactly word :)
In the newest chapter to HP they mention that all time turners were destroyed, as we take place after this event it would doesn't seem it would work, but thank you for the idea.
I get it, but it makes one wonder if they can't be created again, since the first ones were created as well :') Anyway thank you!
