Joblist titles

The Job list is currently shorting titles so much, that they're not readable. That means that the Management jobs is only shown as 'Leader of the...' which is making more confusion than help. Wouldn't it make sense to make the boxes larger, so that the whole title is written in the box or that the text is at least shortened? It's not being any help at the moment.

You should contact the minister of your site. He/she can change the titles of the job as Avel Zane already suggested, e.g. to Prefect Leader, Library Leader, etc.

Or you could change it around and put, Prefect Leader, Backstory Team Leader, etc. 

So that users can see who is the leader for which team.

I think staff can do what Avel suggested, maybe a good idea to contact the Minister of your site?
