bad customer service.
My irl age is incorrect on the site. I owled both adilyn and Genevieve and was told there was nothing they could do and my only option is to create a new profile. This is not a viable option. I would lose my points, my homework, my level, etc. there is no way this area is built into the coding of the site. This needs to be corrected.

It depends on the database structure but it would be nice if the birth date could actually be changed..
It is able to be changed now. But the fact that it literally wasn't possible before does not mean that the customer service is bad. Writing kind feedback posts goes a long way as well :)
It was not possible before to be able to change any users IRL DOB once they had been entered, This has now been changed. I would not say it was 'bad customer service' as they were explaining to you the options available at the time. Please feel free to owl your MoM and ask for the DOB change now.
