If you requested for your account to be deleted and you were still logged into it when it was deleted, this also happens, so that may have been the situation? Did you ask to have your account deleted

If you still can't access the site correctly and you are unable to log out / log in, then either open a new browser, open an incognito tab, or clear your history and try again. That should work )

Perhaps it could be available to all (since coding it so that only certain ages can use certain ones would be more difficult and costly), and it would be a part of the backstory's job to ensure users who are under a certain age don't use it? Similar to if they put in their profile text that they are married and/or engaged, they would send them a message explaining why that wouldn't be realistic based on their age. 

Allowing the option of having the dash symbol ( - ) in names would not only help with this, but also for users whose names actually have a dash in the name. 

I would suggest talking to the Headmaster/Minister on that site then, since it's not a sitewide issue!

There are quite a few ways you can get help when you are a new user on site!

Just after you get sorted, the Rules pop up. From there, you can also access the Guidelines as well! Both are always accessible by pressing the dropdown at the top right, and clicking "Rules" or "Guidelines". 

Some sites also have some library books to further explain and help with things on site. Some have a starters guide as well!

If you're still confused, there are always site members who are more than happy to help answer your questions and help you get started! They are any users with their name in color, and you can either find the ones online by pressing the Marauders' Map (or the map for your site) or you can find the full list of staff by pressing the Hogwarts tab (or first tab after the site logo at the top) and then "Job List".

All of the questions on exams should be able to be found on Google, and Google is allowed on all exams, so they should already be pretty easy to pass :)

This seems to be more directed towards World of Olympian rather than the World of sites overall, so this would be something to direct towards the Camp Director (Minister of Magic) on WoO or the Quest Master (Plot Leader)!

When the quest first pops up, there are two options, to deny it, or accept it. At least, that's what happened when I got it.
