Not necessarily, as new classes have been added in the past (Music was added much later). I'm not agreeing/disagreeing with the class, just saying that that's incorrect. 

I don't think that is what they mean. 

I believe what they mean is they get paid 40 for their jobs, but end up getting an amount lower than 40.
Or, they grade homework, and end up with a lower amount as well, like in this example, it's 27. You cannot get 27 galleons from grading as you get 5 galleons per assignment.

He doesn't mean a couple days, he means a couple hours while asleep / doing things.  Every day at a certain time, you get XP from your pets being happy, but he is not generally online during this time.

In the absence of the above, they can monitor chat, however, if someone above them is in chat or comes into chat, they should allow them to handle any situation that may be going on.

Some sites have it set up so they can, so I'd suggest talking to the minister of your site whether it can be eaten by them or not :)

Which is why it would be great to make it optional to delete :D

A user on WoP was just having this issue today. Same thing.

You can take out funds by going to Gringotts, which is located in Diagon Alley, and then pressing "Withdraw" and typing in the amount you wish to withdraw.
