If someone isn't online though, pressing report won't really do anything until they get online, and if there is someone online, you can just message them when they are :D

You can change your profile picture by going into "Edit Profile" at the top right, then "Profile Picture" and uploading an image you would like. 

Unfortunately, this wouldn't work, as all of the thousands of accounts created before this option wouldn't be able to have selected that for their account, whether the user wanted it or not. 
You can always state this in your profile text. :) ♥

When you have pets in the kennel, it'll take the money from your hand and put the rest in the bank, but obviously, that's not the issue, so definitely talk to the MoM of your site! ♥

This is something you'd want to talk to the MoM/Illustrator lead of your site about (depending what site you're on).

Do you have any pets in the kennel?
I would suggest talking to the MoM of the site this happened on about this so they can help you further.

I agree with this ^^ Especially because when users sign up, they aren't aware that the site doesn't allow Muggleborns to get into Slytherin, so these users sign up thinking they can get into Slytherin by answering the right questions and end up not getting it. It could even prevent them from wanting to stay on the site because they can't get into that house. 

The prices for changes in your character were recently lowered as well, so now it's not too much.

You can always just age up normally as well, as most users do!
