When it shows that, then it means that all the available meals have been done on that day. It has been a bug for some time, so it would be a nice thing to have fixed.

Because of the people writing. If there are too many things to distract, then it might make things a little more hard to reply to. I know for myself that this would not be good for my topics where I see hearts all over and comments that is not really important to the story. If you like a topic, then just say it to the person.

There needs to be a reason for people to support the website. The site needs money to be able to survive and keep up the cost of servers and the domains.

I feel like 3 months is far too little to wait. People sometimes come back and use their old user and such. Some people also used money on getting them aged up.

Why in the world would you get told off for that? There is always a hierarky for who keeps the chat in check, which generally goes management jobs (yellows, blue, dark green, red), teachers and then prefects. So there shouldn't really be any point in time where you would be held liable for things like that.

Because there would be nothing for them to do. The only few areas they would be able to topic would be Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade and the holidays in the right days. They wouldn't be able to do magic or anything really, so I don't really see the point. They wouldn't be allowed to do homework, because their age would not fit it and they would be too young to be at the school.
Grads are people, who can further their story from after their education and turn into fully fletched witches and wizards. They would have their jobs ingame to follow and create close relation ships with other people that way. There are the grad classes and everything else. There is nothing on the site for them to do.
