I would think it is the leader's responsibility to inform his/her team members if a page has been changed in any specific way.

You are already able to get a job ingame... you have to go to the second floor and then clubs. There you will be able to see how to apply to the different jobs. You might have seen the people in colour, which are people that has a job on the site :P
