The reason for the amount of things is mainly due to the fact that leaders are varied. If you know what you are there for, then you learn the placement of it in no time.

When the site was launched in 2016, then it started out as 4 hours. 1 hour is fair in comparison to that.

you ask people to stop tweeting when it is automatic? Sure it can get annoying, but I don't see the big deal. It is just an hour with the occasional tweeting, which anyone should be able to just ignore, if they want to.

From being a CE, then it is not always that all journalist jobs are full and it is often hard to get people to apply as a journalist. A new newspaper will make the struggle even harder for the Chief Editors that already are there. Also most areas are already covered in either the Daily Prophet or the Quibbler, so you would limit these papers by adding a new one.

I still agree with the last decision on this matter to have it declined. I don't see how this feature would work in forexample chat, because you would perhaps see that the person you blocked and another user is alone on chat. Would this then look like the person you haven't blocked is spamming? We all know that people will say things like: don't spam. I cannot see how blocking would work with a site wide chat without creating problems.

not all potions are currently available. The potion you are trying to make doesn't exist on site yet. The reason for the recipes is to give you a better percentage and let you know how long you have to brew, because all but one potion has to brew more than 24 hours.

This thing is most likely already been talked about between Aquila and the MoM of the US site, which was why it was declined.

I am also unsure how people are sure that Aquila was the person banning? I think I have seen people write this before and it was usually just trolls doing so.
