Money Return
I spent the majority of my money in the beginning when I first joined, not knowing we would have to buy the books as we start the different classes. Instead, I bought all the books that I needed in the beginning, not reviewing the classes and it said I didn't have the books with me and I had to rebuy the books. So I threw away the books I bought, in the beginning, thinking it would give me back my money. Is it possible if the money is returned?

Hi ! There is no way for you to get your money back once you have bought stuff and even after you threw it. However you can earn money by solving riddles and anagrams and sending or grading homework for the classes you've registered to. It is all explained in the site's guidelines ;)
Usually classes requirements are not that expensive (mostly books), so after a few days of riddles+anagrams you should be able to buy a few items, register to a few classes, and access a few homework to earn more money !

free meal issues
This is the fifth or six day in a row that I have tried to get a free meal, and it says 00:00:00 during the free meal time. About half way through the time for a free meal, I refresh and it starts the timer at 12:00:00.
I feel like the free meal needs to be fixed or just done away with.

ratings
What are the actual ratings? This is not very clear.
The rating 1x says suitable for everyone, but the 2x has minor duels and such.
The Harry Potter movies are PG-13 which means suitable for anyone 13 or over. Why are things that are essentially in those not seen as 1x?

Please message the MoM of the site you are referring to directly with your request. As you can see with the answers above users of many WoP sites already think their rating system is clear and fair. If you do not agree with that on a specific site, the leader of this site has to look into it. We cannot have a common rating system for WoP and WoX as our different sites have very different content, some are 13+, some are 15+ and so on.

clearer grading guidelines (plagiarism/copying)
All of the sites should have a clear statement of what is going to be graded as plagiarism and copying.
I have had a number of assignments I graded that have been both approved and punished for plagiarism. Some had no sources and were copied and some had sources and no quotes around copied material.
Even the HM told an AT that it was not plagiarism if it was directly copied and had quotes, but that is just another form of accidental plagiarism.
The guidelines should be the same across all sites. Either no decrease in a grade for any form of accidental plagiarism, or a troll grade for anything that does not use a proper format like MLA, APA, Chicago style, etc.
Otherwise it is up to interpretation and it really turns one off to want to even grade homework when points and IG currency for grading is lost because of what level of plagiarism is allowed being open to interpretation and even having a "pick and choose" aspect in the HM's opinion of what is acceptable.

Please check the rules and guidelines of your site for the exact statements on plagiarism or copied homework, or talk to your HM and MoM about your wish of clearer guidelines.
It is not possible to have the same guidelines on all sites as they are set in very different countries where the citation formats (MLA, APA, etc.) are not always known. Also, the sites are accesible for children aged 13 (and older), who are most likely not familiar with official citation guidelines like MLA yet, so sites usually try to keep it simple or at least break the rules down a bit so that everyone understands then.
But again, we understand your wish for clearer guidelines and kindly ask you to speak with the MoM/HM of your site about it (:

You shouldn't have to have VIP to access the Chat from a mobile device
If you are using a mobile device, you should not have to be VIP to acces the chat.

VIP is a way for users to support the site financially, so that we can keep deveolping new features, pay the servers and run the sites. For this support people deserve some extra functions like chat access on mobile devices.

More kinds of pets!
We can have a few different kinds of pets right now. But why can't we get even more pets? Like horses, unicorns, dragons, bunnys, spiders and so on. It would be a lot more funnier if you also could have like kittens and baby horses.
Another idea can also be that if you have a girl and a boy they can get babies togheter. Or just one baby, one at least.

The website is based around the years in Hogwarts, which is why we take the pets allowed in Hogwarts as orientation for our pets on the site.
Adults can have different pets at home, but there won't be illustrated bunnies, horses, etc. on the site.
Still, we are constantly working on new items, and it is possible that new pets will be added in the future.

Points not adding up correctly
I have noticed that the house points on the points board are not adding up right. I know that there are more users with points than on the leaderboard, but I have seen it immediately after the year turns, where the leaderboard isn't filled and the only people on the leaderboard are those who have earned points (ie there's 5 people on the board).
The first case I noticed this was when there was someone who had earned 10 points and another person who had earned 2 points, and the board was saying they had 13 points (in the largest house on this specific site).
I'm looking at it now, and:
16+10 =26
26+10=36
36+9=45
45+7=52
52+3=55
55+3=58
These 7 people are the only people on the points board at the moment, and although this site (WoS) is the only one I have screenshots from all of the sites seem to have done it at some point.
So basically, the site isn't doing math right.

Magical theory
A new class that discusses the theory behind basic things like how wands act and basic wand lore in the first year. (Because we all know Seamus might not have constantly been blowing his eyebrows off if he knew his wand wood and core needed a different approach).
And from there discusses how the magic they are learning applies to objects and enchantments until it culminated into the basics of alchemy for the last couple of years. (Because in reality alchemy is a massive subject and has plenty to offer from a basic school subject and a graduate class.) Make a Newt level magical theory requirement for wand making since in many ways wand making is like an advanced form of alchemy.
Then have a graduate class for advanced alchemy that requires the NEWT magical theory class. (We already have a potions and an advanced potions, so having a basic alchemy and an advanced alchemy makes sense.)
With this adjust the status of alchemist to something like alchemy master to signify that the person has reached something beyond the norm for those who study alchemy.

Sorting Lessons
So, something I noticed in the later years is that it's a little bit hard to get to lessons. It's alright for first years, but once you get to about third year it's very inconvenient to scroll way down to get to the lessons you're currently doing. It wouldn't be much, just the year you've done last goes to the bottom of the page! That way your current year would always be at the top and easy to get to. I hope you implement this! It would make things a lot easier :)

Spell and grammar check for the shops and markets
I was going through all of the shops and realized that a lot of the lesser used shops have a large portion of typos. Was hoping that this could be fixed?
