I am not entirely sure I get what you mean, but I will try to say from from I understood.
The problem with having it as the IG-birthday would mean that each day there would just be birthday cakes everywhere on the map, which would just become messy really quickly. I don't personally care about my IG birthday, but I do care about my IRL birthday and hope that my friends are excited for that as well. I would really not care if a person had birthday ingame as it happens every 11 weeks and there would be a lot that still haven't changed their IG birthday, so expect a lot of cakes on the first day of week 1.

Oh yes, I have had this happen to me, when I had thought I had cancelled it. It would be nice to get a warning about it nearing its expiration date.

I am not trying to diss you. I am coming with questions to the ideas that you propose, so it is there can come a solution to a problem you have without there being a need to add a feature to it. The not sending new owls, when fainted, is there for a reason to make sure that it is you eat, when it is you are online. Being online in a timeframe like that shouldn't be something that makes it impossible to eat. Buy some things from the fruit store and the drink store and go to your chest and eat and drink there. If you fill it up everyday, then you won't have any problems with the fainting and you can send an owl then.

I am coming with solutions to the things that you add here, even if you don't like them.

How about eating, so you don't faint? Also this is only for new owls, so if it is important, then make the person send you the owl by tagging them in chat (only mentioned because of your example, because if it is so important, then for your example to be true, then the person is online).

How is this gonna be more useful than sending an owl?

Valentine and Sam are for technical things, while the last MoM is the person controlling the going ons

No matter what, then staff still has to see the person do something bad. The alert system could be misused. Would you like that a person alerted staff about you and not seeing that for themselves that you haven't done anything?

Then how would this help? If the staff wasn't available, then how would an alert to them help?

I would suggest mentioning this to your MoM, so he or she can talk to his or her staff about it.

The point I was getting from this was that it was supposed to notify the staff about problems in chat at that moment. As fast as possible. I don't see how the notifying would work better than tagging?
