This was really hard to read, but I get what you mean. I just don't understand what the point of dismissing the Management for? They are the Department Heads at the Ministry and leaders of their teams, so I don't quite get why you would dismiss them.
I can speak for the newspapers though. There are currently 2 newspapers on the site, where it is possible to write articles for: The Daily Prophet and the Quibbler. One is serious and one is more silly. It is hard to get a full team of journalists and it would give 3 notifications for articles a day, if there were three. What would the third newspaper write about that the other two doesn't? Gossip is included in both of the newspapers, so that would just limit the two already existing newspapers.
I had this as well, but the way I fixed it was by having zoomed out to 80% instead of the 100%
This isn't about templates, but actually coding the profile. Nym here is coding her profiles from scratch, which I also do. I am also annoyed at the fact that some codes I have made doesn't work on WoP, but works everywhere else.
What is the point? You could just plan it with the HM and prefect leader
I like that idea, even though some already have hearts in the colour of their job.
