Maybe a house elf (Bot) makes an announcement in all chats saying "Breakfast is ready you have an hour too eat." Then it comes in again at regular intervals at the half hour mark and then when breakfast or lunch and dinner is over. 

I agree and students can put up rewards such as maybe a maximum of 100 galleons of its correct. Depends on the difficulty of the task you could adjust the rewards.

Or you could change it around and put, Prefect Leader, Backstory Team Leader, etc. 

So that users can see who is the leader for which team.

I agree with both of you, would it just be easier to apply to the club and if you don't get the job it says sorry you have not been accepted into so and so club so you know you didn't get the job. No explanation necessary.

That is already being handled by Prefect's,staff and management. It is handled in both chats and RP. If someone contacts you via owlery then alert a staff or management member at once and proceed from there.

I understand what your saying Newt, but I think we should have an actual Ministry of Magic for graduates who aren't part of Hogwarts or part of the management team. 

When you graduate the fun doesn't have to stop. You can work in the Auror Department, or be part of the Minister's Cabinet. While those who are in Ministry of Magic without any management job will hold no authority what so ever other than being there for RP purposes only.

I like the idea, maybe you can do it like what Eu did with the illustrator team, have a trial run on your WoP page and if you succeed maybe have it become an official club all around?

I love the idea, I agree with both of you. But I see where luella is going with it but maybe we could give it a shot?
