You should contact the minister of your site. He/she can change the titles of the job as Avel Zane already suggested, e.g. to Prefect Leader, Library Leader, etc.

When you find such topics, you can report them to the prefects or the prefect leader, just by sending them the link or telling them how the topic is called. They take care of such things and make sure everyone on the site is sticking to the rules.
