if this happens only on this one device of yours it's not a problem or a bug on the site. Very likely it's your internet connection being too slow or your browser acting up. I myself experience some of the things your mentioned like the information when hovering over a name not showing up when my connection is really bad. We're sorry that we can't really do anything about this from our end, though.

this would be a suggestion you can make directly to the leader of your site, the person in dark green. I suggest you send them a message on site with your idea, since this is the fastest way to reach them directly (:
