No user job gets a free age change. Only staff jobs get one free age change because they have to act as adults IG. All other jobs can be done by students, IG and OOG.

The website is based around the years in Hogwarts, which is why we take the pets allowed in Hogwarts as orientation for our pets on the site. 
Adults can have different pets at home, but there won't be illustrated bunnies, horses, etc. on the site. 
Still, we are constantly working on new items, and it is possible that new pets will be added in the future. 

Sites are very rarely down for maintenace, it happens maybe twice a year. Mostly when sites are down (show 502 page or other error), it's the server having problems, so it's not on the users site, but also not something we can plan or change. We then also do not know when the sites will be back up. 

The site is not making a mistake, the points are not supposed to be simply added up. There is an algorithm behind it taking the total number of users, the number of active users and the number of users in other houses into account. If we would simply add the points up, the house with the most users would always win (since users are not evenly spread across all houses). So the algorithm makes sure it's most fair.

We don't have any control over the ads you see on the site. Every user sees individual ads based on their browser and search history. Normally, offensive or x-rated ads are filtered by Google, but sometimes a few come through anyway.

What you can do if you see an ad like that is click on the little x in the top right corner and report the ad to Google. We, as WoP and WoX, cannot do anything about the ads you see, though.

The illustration team was not responsible for the actual drawings (they are done by an external artist, and paid for, yes). Instead the illustration team came up with ideas of new items and wrote the descriptions and texts for them on site, as well as reviewed the drafts from the illustrator. 
The team was removed from WoP EU because their leader didn't want to do it anymore. It's currently located on WoP DE. Right now there is no big need of new illustrations, though.

Graduate classes are managed by the MoMs and HMs of each site individually. On many sites there are wandlore and alchemy classes for graduate people, so I'd suggest to direct your request to the leaders of your site again (: 

It will not be possible to see assignments even after grading is finished, since this would make it a lot easier for some people to copy homework from others or even use it as inspiration for their own homework.

It is not much work to go to the professor and explain the situation to them. In fact, it is better to go to a professor or even the HM with such a situation than to start arguing with the AT yourself, because there it will always be word against word, opinion against opinion, which will in most cases not lead to a satisfying solution. 

Werwolf and Half-Giant are already status on WoP. There won't be any pet-status in the future.
