You need to cuddle your pets on a regular basis to make them happy. The guide is a good idea though, we suggest you text your minister for magic or headmaster about this. They can add a pets guide to the guidelines, if they find it a good idea (:

We are currently working on new pets, but dragons won't be an option. As Jada already pointed out, it would betoo unrealistic as they are too dangerous and can't be tamed by anyone, so they can't be kept at home (not even by Hagrid).

It says that you should be able to give admin rights to other people in clubs, so that more people can edit a club, add users and so on.

We will not do anything for now. The law has not been passed yet, but only voted to move forward.
