The year requirements have been adapted and should now be more logical. We're sorry that this upsets you, but you can always wait a few weeks until your higher in years and then buy the pet you want (:

After being sorted you are led to the page with the basic rules. You should study them carefully before starting to play this game. If there are still open questions, we recommend you take a look at the rest of the rules and guidelines. Furthermore your head of house, the prefects, the teachers, the management members, the headmaster and the minister for magic, as well as many other users will surely help you with every question you may have (:

Since you sometimes also gift books to friends, it would make no sense to delete them from the shops after you bought them. If you already have the book, you can just scroll past it and ignore it (:

We are still working on a way to trade cards with your friends, this way you could get rid of the double cards and get the ones you like from your friends without the need of buying them. Since it's a rather complicated project we kindly ask for a bit more patience (:

Since all the staff members on all the sites are very different, and also change frequently it would be nearly impossible to add an individual emoji for everyone. Also, "normal" users could feel left out or disadvantaged when staff members get their own emojis but they don't. All in all this idea unfortunately is not realisable.

The possibilty to code the profiles is one of the hugest advantages of a VIP membership, and since this is what people are paying for and by that finance all the WoP sites, we can't make it free for everyone. Sorry.

Since the prefects are in direct contact with the prefect leader, who is the head of their team, no other position in between is needed. The job wouldn't have any practical use, only a new colour which could confuse other users. We're sorry, but we can't add this.

We currently have enough subjects. Also it would be very hard to find information about this subject and things to teach, since we don't get much information out of the books or official websites about it. Still, thank you for your idea (:
