I mean, I'm all for latin american integration, but let's be real: WoPES is already too small :( we would end up with 2 different small sites, instead of one big, complete and active spanish-speaking community. 

But I completely agree with the issues of time lapses and translations. Sometimes it's a problem, specially in quidditch.

No every WoP site has that in the library, I think. But I agree, is not really needed. People can put that information in their profile texts if they want to, and of course, you can always send them and owl to ask ^^

Update: It didn't show up. 

My theory is that it shows again only if you deny the quest, but it doesn't if you accept it and fail. And that was my case.

I didn't have the opportunity to try it yet. I have roleplayed in like two topics after it showed the first time. It may take more that those ^^ I promise to update if it shows again.
