To be able to see how long a user has had their job

I feel like this is not really a needed thing. Staff jobs are often written down in the library, so you can check it there.

No every WoP site has that in the library, I think. But I agree, is not really needed. People can put that information in their profile texts if they want to, and of course, you can always send them and owl to ask ^^

Might not be every site that does, but there are a lot that has something similar.
