Many classes already cover the theory of their spells in the first lessons or generally before going into practical exercises. 

This would seem pretty unfair to some users, as different teams could get different wages. Also, management people could favour some people over others.

The prices for character changes have been significantly lowered since you've posted your suggestion, which makes it now more affordable to change your character (:
