Magical Theory Class

Taken at least in the first year. Magical Theory covers magic from a purely theoretical standpoint, including the topic of how spells work. It would be in classroom 67 and the textbook would be Magical Theory by Adalbert Waffing.

Many spells are taught from a theoretical standpoint in Defence Against the Dark Arts if they are dangerous enough. If you want to see one taught this way, you can suggest it to the teacher of this class, but there is no need to make an entirely new class for it.

Many classes already cover the theory of their spells in the first lessons or generally before going into practical exercises.
