My opinion is that it would just look messy if everyone is changing their's to look different so I'm going to say I disagree.

I don't think this would be good because then some users may think that this is a certain job or something along those lines.

There have been similar things like this, but they've all been declined because then someone could edit their message that had something that went against chat rules and that person could deny that they ever wrote it.

The thing with the warning email is that some users don't use their real email so they wouldn't get a notification.

Sometimes people take a break so there'd have to be something about not deleting an account if they post a message that they're taking a break.
