Fix EU being one hour behind

EU has for a while been one hour behind, when it comes to both the rainbow, interest and pay.
However, the meal times are still in the correct timezone, where everything else is in the British timezone, which it normally wasn't. I keep getting confused about this, because are we in the British time zone or in the actual timezone, which most of Europe is in?

Yeah that confuses me too :( Especially the meal time countdown, as it's now one hour behind the actual meal.
