For the Pet names, we could have them choose from like maybe 3 of the list, because some maybe want a specific gender or something.

That's a cool idea. We have the jobs such as journalist, but I think you mean like adult jobs, not just teacher and whatever. 

We could do something with the OWLs and NEWTs, I'll include two examples:

Head of Auror office: Potions NEWT, DADA NEWT, Transfiguration NEWT, Herbology NEWT, and a Charms NEWT. All for Outstanding. Character and Aptitude tests.

Auror: Requirements for Head, but Exceeds Expectations or higher for all.
