When you have a whole planned RolePlay and someone comes up and you have to change your plan, it kinda sucks. I think the rule for letting everyone participate should stay but they should ask the participants how the RP works and plan their own entrance in the game with the participants. That way, everyone is happy, there are no bad suprises, and the fun is all there !
