If you don't like the color, then don't become a librarian. There's no reason to change the color other than your personal opinion.
As long as it's just because of the colour, then you can just take your distance from the job... If you could not see the colour, it would be another talk.

We can just agree to what the other persons have already said. If you don't like the colour of the librarians, you don't have to become one. The colour can be seen very well and makes it easy to identify the librarians among other users.
