Owl keeps telling me I've got a new message

I've looked though my whole owl-box. There is no unread message. Though the icon says I've got an unread message. Can someone look at that?

I've checked it again. Still no unread owl, still the 1 near my envelope.

Pushing this up because we're a year later and I still have the ghost owl.

I think it will be more easy contacting the MoM on the site your on... Sometimes they can fix a lot of things?

She knows! (Or, at least she used to know, she could have forgotten). But the last time she couldn't do anything. Had to contact feedback.

With the new "mark all as read" button this should finally be fixed (:
