Variously perfects
Is it an idea to, like in the books and movies, swich perfects every year. This gives everybody a fair chance to be a perfect. Also with Assistants. They normally swich every year, so why don't we swich them here also?

I don't like this idea.. if a prefect is doing their job wonderfully, they should be allowed to stay on. Prefects play a big role in keeping the site fun for everyone and like with all WoP jobs, it's important that the people who do their job wonderfully get to stay on and don't have to leave because of an annual change. Same for assistants and any other job, really. There are often enough job openings and everyone gets a chance to apply then :)
I agree with Evelyn. If they are doing their job well, they should have the right to keep it. It would be a little unfair if they could only have their job for a certain amount of time, especially if they got their job after the school year started.
Additionally, that would be a lot of job changes and job openings, and there would be numerous new prefects and assistants to constantly be training so they can learn how to do the job. The first few weeks of the new school year would be chaotic as they are still learning to do their job and they only have their leader/teacher to help them out since they're all new.
