To grade homework be lvl 10 or so
When WoP started in DK, there was a rule to be lvl 6 to grade homework, but this was removed because no one was there yet. This was, as I recall never put back on, but I think it should, so new ppl see some grading on their own homework before they can grade others. I still see someone grade with "great work continue" and such short messages like that, so please let's get some way that ppl can't do it from lvl 1.

I think it'd be better to raise awareness for how you should grade. Like someone would have to go through a test before they're allowed to grade. The teachers, or any appointed person, could grade the test.
