Great Hall Limited Meals

Agnes Dupont 7 years ago updated by World of Potter 7 years ago 4

The Guidelines say we get 3 meals per day, but we are limited to one. It is more believable to have the opportunity to eat all 3 times throughout the day, as that is what would be available in a true Hogwarts experience.

If we implemented this, it would defeat the purpose of the food/money system.

The guidelines are supposed to mean "Food is served 3 times a day, but you can only eat 1 of those 3 times"

Usually it is like every other meal you can get, what they should do is maybe make it so they dont fill you up as much but let you get them all day

I disagree, as it's not needed to have 3 meals a day. Even though it might fit to the Hogwarts experience, I find it much more fitting with the idea of buying actual food and drinks for your character to make things go round. It's a good drive to make people remember to do homework or grade others homework as well. The other thing seems a bit to easy.

If someone wanted to take advantage of it, it would encourage them to log on at least three times a day. I would think that would be a good thing, as it instills a desire to revisit the site throughout the day. Buying "actual" food and drink would still appeal to people who are more active outside of the three meal times and to people who wanted more character control (choosing what specifically they ate). I also don't understand the connection you're making to homework? What relevance does that hold to the meal availability?
