Being able to convert money

I think being able to convert money, say jewels into gold and gold into scales would be a good idea as in the Vault of Treasures, it automatically converts your money to the highest value, not leaving you with much other of the currency. I think having an NPC or even a place you can go to to exchange currency would be a good idea, so people can earn things faster without risking dropping jewels.
