Limits to Staff Jobs
I've noticed that some people are able to be more than one job on a single character. I think there should be a limit, not just for the person with the job to not fall behind and taking on too much but also gives more people the opportunity to take on jobs too. Maybe a limit of two jobs for staff, I think would be good. I know with Grad classes, some teachers take on sort of the advance classes of what they already teach, which is fine! But I'm pretty sure I have also seen others have over two jobs and I noticed that with teachers--NOT CALLING ANYONE OUT--gradings of their classes tend to be slower. The site is great, but the staff also have real lives too and the two job limit might help with that and give others opportunities.

This should already not be a thing that is allowed. I think it depends on which site you are talking about.
I'm not sure this will be a whole WoX/P site rule, it's up to the MoM of the respective site to come up with rules for this and does depend on site activity (usually people make new characters for different jobs anyway however with some jobs it is allowed to have multiple on one- not with normal jobs like Journalist and Librarian but more like Management + Teacher)
Also was there really a need to mention gradings being slower?
It is also kind of up to the person in question to judge for themselves how many jobs they can handle (a lot of sites have the two job per person limit to be fair) - if they feel they can have 3, wonderful! If they are slacking and get warnings, that's on them for bad judgement
Generally speaking, every person should only have one grad staff job on a site. Sites where people have more than one job often have difficulties to fill all staff positions which is why some people help out by taking on another job. However, those are exceptions and not the standard, so there is no real need to make an overall rule about it.
