Take away ‘Gift VIP’ on profile if the person has VIP

I don’t think it is necessary to have the gift VIP button on a persons profile while they have VIP. Once it expires, then the button pops back up.

What if someone wants to stack VIP and gift more? There's no need for it to be removed

VIP can also be gifted or bought while a person already has VIP. It simply stacks. So the button there makes perfect sense (:
