Article Notifications are Slow

I noticed that all of my article notifications are slow. For instance, I just got a notifications about an article that was posted 11 hours ago. It would be great if you could fix this because this happens to all of the article notifications. They are always late. This is highly annoying.

Also, it is due to your timezone, when people schedule it from a different timezone than you.
