sing suggestion

WoO's /think and /sing should be able to use at different levels other than having to forge the item like /me.

While it may take time, there are reason for specific items needing to be forged, or a certain set of cards. These are made to motivate you, or to have you pay to advance farther along in the process of obtaining them. good luck on getting them! I am only a few cards away from getting to sing! We all get there eventually! :)
