Please add a scroll bar onto the notifications

If you have a touchpad, you can lightly slide on it to move it up or down. With a mouse you will have a scrollwheel and on phone it is like with the trackpad. 

It already scrolls, like drew said, touchpad, scrollwheel, and on mobile, your finger, will all get you to the bottom of notifications.

You can also click on the notification menu and then use the arrow keys to move through the notifications
