Fake Users
Hello,
My name is Sierra and I was recently emailed about signing up for this silly website. I would like to know how to delete the account and if possible stop the person from doing it again.

There's only one email per account so if someone is using your email, I would use the forgot password tool and change the password so they can't continue using that account with your email
What Lucian said. And it's not possible for users to delete their accounts. Could you perhaps post things like this in questions, next time? :)
