Friend Requests Problem

Hello, the problem is every time I click on a profile, it sends a friend request without my clicking "Friend Request". Can this be fixed? Can it be fixed by having two comments asking twice whether or not you want to be friends with the person, like the question about being the homework being done? Please let me know. Thanks for reading.
