New Relations
Right now, we only have a limited range of relations that we can choose from (Married to, In a relationship with, cousin) and they don’t fill all relationships.
Some ideas for new ones:
Twin
Rival/Enemy
Mentor
And plenty of others could be thought of!

I agree that there needs to be Rival/Enemy, but twin is not really needed, when there is sibling already, so just look at the age. Mentor could be possible, but not really needed.
Honestly a "Mentor" realtionship would be great as well as a more vague "Family" relationship, that could be anything from an uncle to Grandchildren or what-not.
