I've been trying to add a profile picture and it keeps saying photo identity to large

Soooooooo I've been playing wop for a bit now and I've tried adding a profile pic, it keeps saying "photo identity too large" anybody have an answer?

Maybe the file's too heavy ? Have you tried different pics ?
