Vote for More Important Job Positions
Vote for head master, assistant head master, and head of houses, for fair opinion. It would still have to be a grad staff, but I feel like this would make the most people happy.

This just feels like a popularity context. It has to be a person that is able to work well with the MoM to make sure that the site gets the attention it needs. Sometimes the most popular is not the best person for the job.
Unfortunately, this would very likely be abused and used as a "rigged" election, and students with no previous qualifications would be able to take on jobs, in addition to the age requirements for some of those positions (+18 years old) if they did not apply directly to the creators.
